Job Description

Our client is a renowned Engine MRO in Malaysia with a production line specializing on the maintenance and overhaul of engine parts. 


They are currently looking for a Section Manager - Customer Support, whom will be directly responsible to the CFO and is responsible for managing the company’s customer support functions and overseeing overall customer support management, planning, systems and controls.



This position will be based in Malaysia, and relocation will be required.



Job Responsibilities


  • Supervise, coach, lead and manage the customer support team under his/ her section. This typically includes training to ensure that personnel are updated with latest methods, procedures and requirements; work allocation and problem resolution, as well as participating in decisions for hiring and performance evaluation
