Be a key driver in delivering seamless customer programs and ensuring operational excellence. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and customers, playing a vital role in program execution, communication, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
Support the Program Manager in driving key initiatives and ensuring smooth program execution
Coordinate across internal teams to resolve issues and deliver timely customer solutions
Manage RFQ processing, pricing coordination, and customer quotation preparation
Oversee sales order accuracy, including PO verification and pricing alignment
Ensure strong customer satisfaction through responsive communication and issue resolution
Coordinate Engineering Change Notice (ECN) activities with internal and external stakeholders
Support continuous improvement initiatives and day-to-day program activities
