Job Description
As the Section Chief, you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality refinery operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily refinery/smelting production activities.
- Plan production schedules, furnace loading and manpower allocation.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards and delivery schedules are achieved.
- Analyse production performance and implement process improvements.
- Monitor productivity, efficiency and equipment utilisation.
- Lead preventive maintenance planning to minimise equipment downtime.
- Manage production inventory and optimise material usage.
- Ensure compliance with company Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality Management Systems.
- Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.
