We are currently seeking a Secrets Management, HashiCorp, CI/CD, Vaulting - Technical Lead to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Mandatory Skillset:

• Deep expertise in Secrets Management or Privileged Access Management (PAM), with strong hands-on experience using HashiCorp Vault and/or CyberArk as vaulting solutions.
• Good understanding of the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC), containerization technologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong people leadership and cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, security, and business teams.
• Proven experience in leading stakeholder discussions to gather requirements, assess risk exposure, and translate business needs into actionable security controls.
