o A senior full‐stack engineer/technical lead responsible for building and modernizing applications using .NET and React, while shaping architecture, standards, and tooling decisions.
o The role spans API design, Node.js services, and deep integration with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse). It includes driving AI adoption (e.g., Copilot, OpenAI), leading legacy modernization efforts, and establishing CI/CD and engineering best practices.
o The position also involves mentoring developers, conducting design/code reviews, ensuring performance and security, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.
