Job Description
As part of a base level contracted enterprise IT service delivery team, handles daily maintenance and troubleshooting, engineering and installation and testing of copper and fiber optic inside and outside plants, both classified and unclassified systems
ā¢āConfigure/install/implement/test/troubleshoot all high-speed copper cabling distributed across the campus in a converged architecture
ā¢āConfigure/install/implement/test/troubleshoot fiber cabling distributed across the campus in a converged architecture
ā¢āMonitor all hardware 'stock items' to assure proper level are maintained
ā¢āProvide materials list and labor estimates for upcoming project work
ā¢āUpdate and maintain cable topology drawings/fiber availability drawings using AutoCAD
ā¢āDocument/update new processes and changed processes
ā¢āCapture all service incident and or service requests in applicable AF ticketing systems
ā¢āManage work orders according to contract metric thresholds while pr...
