Shorefields is seeking a Learning Support Assistant in Chelmsford to support pupils in the Secondary phase. The role involves significant collaboration within a dedicated team to ensure all students thrive, particularly those with additional needs.
Working five days a week from 8:30am to 4pm during term time, the successful candidate will participate in lunch duties and help create an inclusive environment.
