Secondary English Teacher
Prospero Teaching is working in partnership with a secondary school in Southampton to recruit a fully qualified English Teacher to teach Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, starting ASAP. This is a part-time position, three days per week, with full planning and marking responsibilities.
The school is looking for a committed and passionate English specialist who can deliver engaging lessons, maintain high standards of teaching and learning, and support pupils progress in both language and literature.
The Role:
– Teach English Language and Literature to KS3 and KS4 students
– Plan and deliver high-quality engaging lessons
– Complete marking, assessment, and feedback in line with school policies
– Track pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs
– Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment
