Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a full‑time, permanent Biology Teacher for our BSB Castelldefels campus, to start in September 2026. We deliver the IGCSE Triple and Double Award Science, the IBDP and A Level programme, and have six well‑resourced labs and a bespoke STEAM centre for Year 12 and 13 students.
Responsibilities
- Teach Biology up to IBDP Higher Level.
- Deliver outstanding lessons in an innovative and inspirational way.
- Have high expectations of all students and track progress based on relevant data, observations and a wide range of assessments.
- Maintain discipline in accordance with the school’s procedures and encourage good practice with regard to punctuality, behaviour and standards of work.
- Assess students’ work in line with school policies and procedures, referring to student performance targets.
