Job Description

IT Support Specialist- 1st & 2nd Line Support

You will be working with the wider IT team to support and maintain the group’s IT (VoIP and mobile telephony) systems and to support users.

This role is site based at our offices in Chipping Campden, Gloucestershire. Due to our rural location you must have a valid driving licence and your own transport.

You will be working Monday-Thursday 8.45am-5.15pm and Fridays 8.45am to 4.30pm.

What you’ll be doing

  • Provide IT systems and user support as part of the team, with a focus on ensuring the users business needs are met, and offering 1st and 2nd line technical assistance to our user base.
  • Provide first-line technical support to end-users via help desk tickets, phone, or email, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
