Overview
***This position is physically located in the Marshall Islands in support of LOGCAP***

Under the supervision of the Bakery Manager, the Second Baker applies full knowledge of the baking trade and produces standard baked goods, such as bread, rolls, cakes, cookies, biscuits, muffins. P erforms other duties and assignments as required
Responsibilities

+ Responsible for the appropriate handling and storage of all food and supplies; always follow regulations regarding the proper techniques for food handling
+ Bake in a timely manner all pastries for the Bakery.
+ Adhere to safety procedures in operating kitchen equipment
