Job Description
Description We are looking for an experienced SEC Reporting Manager to join a contract assignment supporting quarter-end reporting activities in Missouri. This contract position is best suited for a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who can quickly integrate with the team, manage key external reporting tasks, and help deliver accurate public company filings on schedule. The role is based in Missouri and follows a hybrid schedule with regular onsite collaboration.
Responsibilities:
• Lead core activities tied to the quarter-end close and external reporting timeline to help ensure a smooth and timely reporting cycle.
• Prepare, organize, and support the submission of the company’s Form 10-Q, maintaining accuracy and alignment with reporting requirements.
