Job Description
As a Second Engineer with Seaspan, you will play a vital role in the efficient and compliant management of a vessel's mechanical and electrical systems in Kitimat, BC. Your expertise will support the Chief Engineer in daily operations and maintenance tasks.
This position requires a minimum of five years of experience in an engineering role aboard similar vessels. You will be responsible for ensuring all equipment is operational and compliant with maritime regulations while managing all engine room activities. Prior experience in teamwork and problem-solving under pressure is crucial.
