Hourly Rate
$21-$23 per hour
Duration & Schedule
May to October 2026, 40 hours per week including weekends.
Responsibilities
- Maintain grounds and landscaping of the property.
- Repair and maintain all community buildings and equipment.
- Provide support to residents as required, such as firewood delivery.
- Conduct water testing and daily record keeping.
- Maintain pool and spa facilities.
- Recordkeeping and upkeep of septic systems.
- Ensure health and safety aspects of the community and buildings.
- Communicate regularly with the Manager.
- Clean work area, tools and equipment.
- Provide courteous, efficient response at all times.
