Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in providing onsite support at the Kuala Lumpur office
- Provide remote support to users across SEA countries for Deloitte Audit related applications and enterprise IT services
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues on both desktop and web applications
- Work closely with senior peers support group and global team to resolve escalated incidents efficiently
- Responsible for logging, tracking, and managing incidents and service requests through the ServiceNow system
Requirements
- Must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computing or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of PC hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft technology products, desktop and web applications is a plus.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
