Sea Freight Export (Operations) Coordinator

Role Focus : Operations
Handle end-to-end export shipment operations, ensuring smooth execution from booking to vessel departure.
Key Duties :
- Create & manage export shipments in system
- Coordinate bookings with carriers & arrange space
- Plan trucking & container collection (FCL/LCL)
- Monitor cargo stuffing, vessel schedules & cut-offs
- Prepare/export shipping documents (BL, invoices, permits)
- Liaise with customers, carriers & port/CY for smooth ops
- Track shipment status till departure
- Verify vendor invoices & update costing
Competencies :
- Functional know-how in Customer Service Exports
- Operational know-how (Document Processing Ocean)
