Job Description
Overview
- Motivate and coach the SDR team to meet and exceed quotas and objectives
- Work jointly with Account Executives to strategize, build their pipeline, and achieve territory goals
- Execute and evolve existing prospecting activities to deploy best practices and educate the SDR team
- Ensure existing sales processes are executed consistently and continually improve
- Optimize call scripts, email pitches, and outreach to improve leads generated
- Ensure SDRs are effectively and efficiently using prospecting tools to accomplish goals
- Track team metrics with periodic reviews, keeping records, and generating reports on all phases of activities
- Help administer new lead-generation projects
- Meet regularly for one-on-ones with leadership
- Hire, train, and manage additional SDRs as needed
