<p>The Sales Enablement team exists to make our sales team’s lives easier. As SumUp's SDR function continues to scale across Spain and Italy, we're building the coaching infrastructure that will help that growth stick. This role sits at the heart of that shift: moving the SDR team away from volume-led activity toward higher-quality prospecting, stronger discovery, and higher-value merchant acquisition.
