Job Title: Scrum Master
Location: Virginia, VA
Type: Contract
Work Model: Hybrid – onsite and remote
Responsibilities
+ Coordinate and facilitate Scrum events such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous team improvement.
+ Act as a servant leader and coach to Agile teams, promoting Agile best practices and principles.
+ Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to manage and prioritize the product backlog effectively.
+ Support the development team in removing impediments to ensure smooth progress of sprint deliverables.
+ Monitor, track, and report on team performance metrics and sprint progress.
+ Support the adoption of Agile methodologies across teams and departments as needed.
