Job Description
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3 days onsite downtown)
Contract: 12 months
A leading Canadian bank is seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master to join its digital banking portfolio , supporting the delivery of customer‑facing digital products across accounts, credit cards, mortgages, payments, investments, and mobile banking.
This role requires a dedicated Scrum Master with deep hands‑on experience facilitating agile ceremonies, coaching teams, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement within a structured agile governance environment. Strong technical awareness and experience working on large, complex initiatives in financial services are essential.
