Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth implementation of Scrum and Agile principles within the Scrum team
- Responsible to ensure that any roadblocks the Scrum team cannot remove themselves until smoothed out
- Shield the team to ensure a successful sprint delivery
- Promotes Agile ideas beyond his/her own team - “Change-Agent” role
- Ensures teams’ continuous improvement in adherence to defined organizational goals.
- Coordinate and facilitate Scrum meetings such as daily standup, sprint planning, release planning, retrospective
- Coordinate dependencies with external teams and other scrum masters
- Promote an empowered, self-management, collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment that fosters ownership creativity and innovation
