Job Description
Scrum Master
The Scrum Master is responsible for enabling agile delivery across one or several teams within a scaled agile framework. The Scrum Master ensures that agile practices and ceremonies are understood, consistently applied, and continuously improved. This role helps teams deliver committed outcomes by facilitating Scrum events, removing impediments, promoting collaboration, protecting team focus, and supporting a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
**Responsibilities**
+ Facilitate the end-to-end agile delivery process within a scaled agile framework, including all ceremonies such as grooming, PI/sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, Scrum-of-Scrums, and related reporting for multiple concurrent IT initiatives.
