**Job Description**
6 to 12 years, including 3+ years as Scrum Master in cloud, digital, AI, contact center, or enterprise transformation programs.
Agile / Scrum Skills
Strong experience as Scrum Master in Agile delivery projects.
Good understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or hybrid Agile delivery models.
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
Ability to manage sprint planning, velocity, capacity, and delivery metrics....
