Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate core Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Monitor sprint commitments, team velocity, delivery performance metrics, risks, and inter-team dependencies.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve delivery impediments while actively managing cross-team dependencies.
- Develop and maintain delivery plans, RAID logs, and release readiness artifacts.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, vendors, architects, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure aligned execution.
- Create and maintain delivery dashboards, status reports, and management-level reporting.
- Support release planning, environment readiness, deployment coordination, and go-live activities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Scrum Master or Project Coordinator.
