Scrum Master Summary Gainwell Technologies is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery teams in driving successful execution of healthcare AI projects and transformation initiatives. The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, foster collaboration across cross-functional teams, and ensure Agile best practices are effectively implemented to improve delivery quality, team productivity, and business outcomes. This role requires strong stakeholder management, Agile coaching capabilities, and the ability to manage complex enterprise-level programs in a fast-paced environment.
