Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site Scriptwriter role based in Durango, DUR. The Scriptwriter will be responsible for developing engaging, original scripts for video content, including short- and long-form formats aligned with La Guía Del Varón’s editorial style and audience. Day-to-day tasks include brainstorming concepts with the creative team, researching topics and trends, outlining story structures, and writing clear, compelling dialogue and narration. The Scriptwriter will revise drafts based on editorial and production feedback, adapt scripts for different platforms, and collaborate closely with video editors, voice talent, and social media staff to ensure cohesive storytelling. The role also involves meeting production deadlines, maintaining brand voice, and contributing fresh ideas to enhance viewer engagement and retention.
