Role Overview

The Screening Officer is responsible for conducting professional background checks and employment screenings in accordance with internal procedures, client requirements and applicable regulatory frameworks. The role focuses on CV verification, employment and education checks and other integrity screenings ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and compliance at all times.

The position is operational and detail-oriented, requiring strong analytical skills, discretion, strong ethics and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
