Job Description
Summary:
Scrap Metal/Project Manager facilitates and oversees operations associated with Scrap Metal purchasing, processing, shipping as well as facilitating projects associated with the development of 75 acre adjoining lot. Must possess working knowledge of scrap metal industry and the ability to buy/sell. Must be mechanically inclined; and capable of managing the scrap processing facility and the equipment associated with it. Must be familiar with the operation of heavy equipment ranging from Forklifts, Skid Steers, Excavators, Track Loaders/Dozers, Vertical Balers, Hydraulic Shears and Hydraulic Magnets. Must be capable of managing the maintenance program/scheduling for all equipment. Must be familiar with OSHA regulations and maintain Culpeper Recycling’s strict compliance.
