Job Description




Midwest Labor is hiring for Night Shift positions sorting scrap metal in the Eau Claire area.


- Filling one night shift position. 5:45pm – 6am (12hr shifts)



- Work week is Monday - Thursday (48hrs)

- Every other week, would be Monday – Friday (60hrs)



We are looking for reliable people with a strong work ethic and attention to safety.



Essential Duties

  • Working mainly outside, independent in a metal shack sorting specific types of recyclable metal as it comes through on a conveyor belt.
  • In addition, this position will ensure other areas of the site are clean and safe.
  • While much of the work is independent, the site values and relies on teamwork so qualified candidates must be dependable.

    • Required

  • Must wear, 6 inch lace up boots (leather with steel or composite toes)
  • Non baggy jeans or pants with no holes in them
