We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Order Expediter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of materials critical to meeting production requirements. By actively managing and expediting open purchase orders, you will play a key role in maintaining the seamless flow of materials needed to support uninterrupted production processes.
**How You’ll Make an Impact**
+ Act as an order expediter to ensure timely fulfillment of production requirements, adjusting priorities as needed to accommodate changing demands. Regularly generate and analyze open purchase order reports from SAP to identify and resolve potential delays or issues impacting production schedules.
+ Utilize Material Requirements Planning (MRP) messages to adjust delivery dates for purchased parts, effectively advancing or postponing dates to align with production needs.
