Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of SMB and mid-market accounts
- Triage, investigate, and resolve support tickets with urgency and precision
- Troubleshoot platform behavior, configuration issues, and data problems
- Draft clear, actionable escalation summaries for the engineering team
- Collaborate with Scientific Implementation teams to ensure continuity across accounts
- Surface recurring issues and systemic bugs to product and engineering teams
- Document ticket history and resolution steps meticulously
