Job Description

For an international organisation in the medical/scientific sector , we are looking for a Scientific Programmes Assistant to join their team in Lugano .

This role supports the preparation and coordination of scientific and educational programmes linked to major congresses and conferences.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and logistical support for scientific and educational events
  • Coordinate communications with speakers, scientific committees, and abstract authors
  • Assist with document management (emails, meeting minutes, action plans, presentations)
  • Update and manage content across websites, event platforms, and internal systems
  • Ensure accuracy of programme data and liaise with external providers (agencies, tech platforms)
