Job Description
Scientific Consultant
At Genedata (a Danaher operating company), the Scientific Consultant ensures customers maximize the value of our leading software solution throughout its adoption lifecycle. The role combines scientific, technical, and project‑management responsibilities while serving as a subject‑matter expert, educator, collaborator, and trusted partner. The position reports to the EU Head Scientific Account Manager and is part of the Screener Business Unit located in Basel (Switzerland). This is an on‑site role.
Key Responsibilities
- Become a subject‑matter expert in Genedata Screener and the analysis of biological data.
- Provide end‑to‑end customer support, from pre‑sales engagements through deployment, implementation, optimization, and production usage.
- Plan and lead a variety of projects, including scientific consulting, custom implementations, system integrations, and data analysis initiatives.
