They highlighted a culture where staff are highly ambitious for all pupils, curriculum design and delivery are strong, and behaviour is good. Inspectors also recognised the school’s deliberate focus on belonging, noting that it is already having a positive impact.
Leadership was described as ethically driven, open, honest and meticulous, with leaders who reflect carefully, make thoughtful decisions, and never stand still.
