Job Description
Uncountable is seeking a technically adept Support Specialist to act as the primary contact for a portfolio of SMB and mid-market accounts. You will triage, investigate, and resolve data-related tickets with urgency, and work with engineering on escalations to ensure continuity across accounts.
The role requires hands-on lab experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with Excel and scientific software. US/EU business hours availability is expected.
