Science Lab Assistant

Full-time educational-instruction-and-library

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and set up laboratory practicals and science experiments.
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness, equipment, and inventory.
• Assist with stock-taking and replenish laboratory materials.
• Support science teachers during practical lessons and science programmes.
• Prepare teaching resources, including SPARKLE Kits.
• Perform basic administrative duties using Microsoft Word and Excel.

Requirements:

• GCE 'O' Level qualification preferred (or relevant experience).
• Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in a school laboratory or similar environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Organised, responsible, and able to work independently.

Duration/Working hours:

1 year contract (Option to extend) Jan 2027 to Dec 2027
