Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team! In this role, you will provide one-on-one support to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), helping them develop essential skills and achieve their goals under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients
Collect and record data on client progress
Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA
Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and supervisors
Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times
Qualifications:
Current RBT certification through the BACB (Behavior Analyst Certification Board)
