We are looking for a skilled, dedicated to support an elementary special education classroom. This individual will work directly within the classroom setting to provide essential behavioral and academic support, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and productive learning environment for students with diverse needs. Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one and classroom-wide support to students within a special education setting. Implement behavioral intervention strategies and support plans to manage challenging behaviors effectively. Help maintain a structured, positive, and safe classroom environment. Monitor student progress and collaborate closely with teachers and support staff to meet individual student goals.
