Job Description
The role covers planning and scheduling, cost control and forecasting, progress measurement, performance reporting, and change management, supporting the effective monitoring and control of project performance throughout all project phases.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Cost Control •Implement project cost control standards and procedures in accordance with Company requirements. •Set up and maintain the project cost baseline in the corporate cost control systems. •Prepare Value of Work Done, accruals, forecasts, and cost reports with the required frequency. •Monitor approved cost baselines and perform variance analysis, identifying deviations between committed cost, approved budget, VoWD, and actual cost, distinguishing scope changes and foreign exchange impacts. •Forecast EAC, ETC, and FAC, ensuring consistency with WBS structure and vendor contracts. •Prepare and maintain cost progress curves and trends. •Support the appropriate management and use of project contingencies. •...
