Job Description
Join our LTC facility as a Scheduling and Attendance Coordinator, supporting operations by managing schedules and staff attendance. Ensure shifts are filled for quality resident care and employee support.
The Scheduling and Attendance Coordinator reports to the Operations Manager, overseeing work schedules and monitoring employee attendance. You will strategically maintain staffing levels, manage unfilled shifts, and verify hours for payroll. This position may also involve administrative duties for the leadership team, contributing to overall facility efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assign and maintain staffing schedules using Workday Scheduling System
• Manage vacant schedules from absentees and requests
• Coordinate coverage for unfilled shifts with employees
• Validate scheduled hours worked for payroll submissions
• Assist with leave administration and new resident processes
