Scheduling & Staffing Coordinator
(M-F, 9am-5pm; rotational on-call weekend)
Overview:
The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for (1) ensuring that client care schedules are up to date and staffed in order to ensure that clients are receiving the highest level of support services and continuity of care, (2) ensuring effective management of caregivers, and (3) maintaining adequate supply of caregivers by continually recruiting and hiring. This position entails applying initiative in day-to-day operations including participating in new client development programs.
This is an in-person full time position, and plays a key role within the operations/management team. There is also opportunity for advancement within the company.
