Are you someone who is open to working on weekends and loves challenging tasks in a fast-paced environment? The Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and managing daily class schedules for students, and academic team for the centre. This on-site role includes organizing classes, ensuring that resources such as classrooms and staff are efficiently allocated. The Scheduler will maintain and update scheduling data, confirm classes arrangements with teachers, and quickly resolve conflicts or changes. The role involves close collaboration with all stakeholders to support smooth delivery of study and training services. The Scheduler will also handle basic administrative tasks related to timetables, attendance, and communication with course consultants and teachers.
