Job Summary
The Scheduler coordinates and schedules procedures in a timely and accurate manner. They serve as a liaison among patients, physicians, departments, and clinics to ensure all cases are scheduled according to physician orders, patient needs, and organizational capacity, while maintaining compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
Hours
Temporary position lasting 3‑4 months (August through December). 0.6 FTE – 24 hours per week.
- Monday: 8 AM – 12:25 PM
- Wednesday: 9 AM – 12 PM
- Thursday: 6:15 AM – 3:30 PM
- Friday: 7 AM – 3:30 PM
