We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator / Scheduler to join a busy reactive maintenance team in Manchester

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in reactive maintenance, scheduling, customer service, and coordinating engineers within a fast-paced environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Scheduling reactive and planned maintenance works
• Handling inbound customer queries and emergency callouts
• Liaising with engineers and clients
• Updating job systems and ensuring SLAs are met
• Managing diaries, emails, and administrative tasks
• Delivering excellent customer service at all times

• Previous experience in reactive maintenance or facilities scheduling
