Job Description
Requirements and Responsibilities
- Should have strong experience in SCCM current branch and Workspace One.
- Good knowledge of Windows Imaging/OS deployment using tools like MDT/SCCM.
- Manage/administer SCCM servers globally.
- Should have deep knowledge in software distribution, Patch Management using SCCM on servers and workstations.
- Provide support to end users for SCCM client troubleshooting, software deployment, and software update deployment issues.
- Validate hot fixes for Win7, Win8, Win10; compatibility checks of application with 7, 8, 10 operating system.
- Deploy fixes to the workstations via SCCM/WS1 and troubleshoot software distribution issues.
- Detailed debugging of SCCM client issues related incidents.
- Should have knowledge on Application Deployment.
