- Create accurate 2D and 3D drawings, layout plans, and detailed elevations for scaffolding structures;
- Calculate load capacities, material quantities, and structural requirements for various project sites;
- Conduct regular joint measurements and quantity verifications with the main contractor's Quantity Surveyor;
- Coordinate with the main contractor, project manager, and safety officer to ensure scaffolding erection matches the approved drawings.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers;
- Experience working in scaffolding company.
