We are seeking an Service Delivery Manager (Applications) to oversee the deployment, integration, and support of SCADA and DC applications and related IT systems. The role includes managing application delivery across IT hosting infrastructure, DC containers, OTN/substation systems, and control room technologies, ensuring seamless operation and L2 support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage delivery and integration of SCADA applications.
• Oversee IT hosting infrastructure and support systems.
• Coordinate application deployment for DC containers, OTN, and substation infra.
• Ensure integration with control room AV, video wall, and technical furniture.
• Supervise outside plant cabling and DCIM application delivery.
• Manage cybersecurity application services (firewall, AV) and L2 support.
