**Job Description**
This role operates and sets up metal cutting saws to accurately cut raw steel and other metal materials according to customer specifications. The position involves frequent use of hand and power tools, precise measuring, blueprint reading, and basic machine maintenance in a fast-paced production environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up metal saws and related equipment to prepare for cutting metal according to production requirements.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to determine correct dimensions, materials, and cutting specifications.
+ Use a tape measure throughout the day to verify measurements and ensure all cuts meet customer and production specifications.
+ Select and pick the correct raw material from work orders and stage it for cutting operations.
+ Operate saws, band saws, drill presses, press brakes, and other metal fabrication equipment as needed for production....
