Mercer a business by Marsh is seeking an outstanding professional to lead and grow our Savings Plan Consulting practice in Mexico (Location: México City, Monterrey or Guadalajara). This is a unique opportunity to shape a high-impact solution that creates value for clients while strengthening employees’ financial wellbeing and savings culture across the country.
Work ModelHybrid (at least 3 days per week in the office)
What can you expect Lead and grow the practice by owning the strategy, market positioning, client value proposition, revenue growth, profitability, and overall quality of delivery of Marsh’s savings fund solution. Serve as the technical authority on savings funds, with strong understanding of the regulatory framework, market application, operating model, governance, and the investment-related component of the solution.
