Job Objectives

Work closely with line managers and employees on day-to‑day HR matters. The role focuses on operational HR support, employee lifecycle activities, and implementation of HR policies and initiatives, while building foundational HRBP capabilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Support HO HR in partnering with assigned business units on day‑to‑day people‑related matters.
• Act as a first point of contact for managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and basic employee relations issues.
• Build effective working relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide consultation or recommendation.
• Address employee concerns, support employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture, ensuring alignment with local labor regulations.
